Delete your Legendfall account

You can delete your Legendfall account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent: your progress, heroes, items, currencies and purchases cannot be restored afterwards.

Option 1: in the game

1. Open Legendfall and go to the town.
2. Tap Settings.
3. In the ACCOUNT section, tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and the game starts again with a new guest account. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your phone.

Uninstalling the game alone does not delete your account on our servers. Use one of the options on this page.

Option 2: by email, without the app

If you no longer have the game installed, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Legendfall account deletion" and include:

• your player ID (shown in Settings → ACCOUNT), or
• if your account is linked to Google or Apple: the email address of that Google or Apple account, and which one it is.

We may ask you a question to check that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. A guest account that was never linked to Google or Apple can only be found by its player ID.

What is deleted

• your game account and sign-in (Unity Gaming Services player account, including the link to Google or Apple);
• your cloud-saved progress (level, heroes, items, currencies, quests, settings, player name);
• your ranked leaderboard entry and league points;
• name reports linked to your account;
• your customer record at our purchase service RevenueCat;
• if you used Sign in with Apple: we revoke the game's access to your Apple ID, so it no longer appears under "Apps using Apple ID".

What may be kept

• Purchase and payment records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat (for example transaction IDs, dates and amounts), for as long as tax law, accounting rules or fraud prevention require. These companies keep them under their own privacy policies.
• Short-lived technical logs at our networking and server providers (Photon, Edgegap, Unity), which are deleted automatically according to their retention periods.
• Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim, only for as long as needed.

Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted; only its link to Legendfall is removed. Past match results that other players saw are not stored under your name after deletion.
